Howdy all!
How's your day so far? Awesome I hope. Do you try not to "bother" God with complaints or your pain and hurt? I know I feel like a whiner if I complain about something to God but did you know He wants to hear it all? It's great to praise God but He also wants to hear what breaks your heart or causes physical pain too. This can be an opportunity to grow even closer to Him, He wants to put His loving arms around us and take on our pain and grief. We can take ANYTHING to our loving Father and He is ready to handle it for us. He may say you need to wait but He will answer. I know for years I've prayed for relief from horrendous back pain that has kept me pretty much bed ridden for the last 8 years. I've shed tears, I've begged and at times almost cursed God about this pain and finally in Nov., on my birthday as a matter of fact, I got a spinal stimulator implanted. Praise God I am now totally pain free. Well in my back anyway but the other aches and pains are managable. I had pretty much given up on a normalish life but now I can actually think about being more active. Remember God always answers but sometimes it is not now or no that's not what is best for you. Just being able to take anything that bothers us to our great God should bring us some measure of relief and joy that He is there to listen.
May you all have a blessed day and go chat with God, share you inner most heart with Him, He cares more than you can ever know!

I like this topic. It made me realize that I tend to not go to God first. I call the specialists, or my sponsor, but fail to seek the Lord. It's my first instinct to go to humans instead of the Lord.
I must first seek the Lord, then the human help. Things might go better.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
