Monday Coffee Talk

Good morning my friends.  Another night of sleepless sleep (2 in a row) so I thought I'd do coffee talk early.

Our challenge for today is to get back on track.  I bought Lucy and I an ab lounger a few months ago and it has become a catch all.  CHANGING THAT!!  I also bought us "slim in 6" for a together gift for Christmas.  This is our challenge and goal.  I also get a free membership to the gym.  I have NO EXCUSE now!!  So my challenge to you is to join us and let's get in shape.  Any takers??

I'm not sipping coffee yet because I hope to go back to bed, but when I wake up I hear the Folgers calling my name.

Have a wonderful Monday.  I AM!!

P.S.  We've had 3 deaths in our family including Lucy's Mom in the last month.  It has been a rough Christmas.  PLEASE keep us in your prayers.

Blessings on you, I have missed your posts.

Randall,
I am so sorry to hear that Lucy's mother has passed.  I guess I have been out of the loop where you all are concerned.  For that, I apologize.  Please let her know that I am praying for you all.

As for getting back on track, I am right there with you.  I must check with my docs about exercise, but I found a water aerobics class I can attend twice a week, and I have been walking my mutt more since I moved to this really nice neighborhood.  I am also committing to better food choices than the past few months.

Thanks for the challenge.

Trish
