Friday Coffee Talk
Good Friday morning everyone! I hope you slept as good as I did. It may have been a short sleep...about 5 hours, but it was a good sleep. Restful sleep and peaceful! It sure is cool this morning and I am loving it. I think it is a porch rockin', coffee sippin' morning!
Our challenge for today is to call someone and encourage them. You will never know how much that phone call might mean to someone. I have known of people that felt the need or urge to call someone only to find a person on the other end about to com mitt suicide or maybe in the middle of a deep depression and just needing to hear a few encouraging words. There is power in your words. You can hurt or you can love with your words. We need to build one another up in this society in which we live. I dare you to call someone, ONE PERSON, today and encourage them! I know you can do this.
So, who's up this morning? What cha sippin' on? Me? I'm loving me some Folgers in my cup! Gotta love it. Nothing like waking and having that first sip in the morning!
Lucy's mom will be having her 3rd surgery today. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. She has 2 different bacterial infections going on in her incision. They have to open it up, clean it really good and get all that out.
Well, the heat just kicked on and I'm about to head to the front porch and enjoy a cup. Have a wonderful day as you encourage someone else!! BE BLESSED!
