Monday Coffee Talk

Good morning my Bama Family!  I love you all so much.  I feel the need to tell you that.  If no one else has told you, you have officially been told.  I love you!  Time to rise and shine!  Get your head outta bed!  Spray your pits and eat those grits.  LOL  

Our challenge for today is to laugh.  Did you know it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile?  When you are as lazy as I am, you don't dare use more muscles.  You use as few as possible.  So today, I'm gonna SMILE all day long!  I'm going to laugh and I am going to enjoy my day.  I will NOT let anything get me down.  NOTHING or no one will ruin my day!  How bout you?  Wanna laugh with me?  I can send you a picture of my ugly mug shot that will surely make you laugh!  HAHA!

So, who's up?  What cha enjoying this morning?  I'm loving me some Blueberry Cinnamon coffee that I mixed.  The stuff is actually good!!
