Thursday Coffee Talk in the Afternoon
Good afternoon everyone! YUP! I'm here. Sorry I have been eating my own words about posting more. I gotta get my groove back in posting. I love this board and everyone on it. Hate I'm not being faithful.
Our challenge today is to be just that.....faithful. Be faithful in all you do. I know I know. This is bold for "me" to say, but if I challenge myself and you, then I am holding myself accountable. I don't just mean to the OH Board either. I mean be faithful in your eating, your water intake, your vitamins, and to yourself in your life. No one likes to be a slacker or a cheater, in ANY situation. Live your life faithful and true. In all you do. A faithful person is true not only to others, but true to themselves. Lets be faithful today and EVERYDAY! I know we can!
So, what are you sippin' on today? I'm still sippin' on some awesome Chocolate velvet. I have to get busy and grind some awesome coffee that Aunt Mary brought to us. I'll save the flavors as a secret until I get them brewing.
