"As a disciple., I am a friend of Jesus Christ"
How wonderful is that. A friend of mine is going through her third bout of cancer. She has been at peace with it all giving it to God, i admire her for that. Her favorite song at church is " I am a friend of God, He calls me friend." She says she sings this to herself everyday all day. She says it keeps her grounded. I still have a hard time grasping this sometimes. The world can get to you, but if I can just keep that one sentence in my head, " I am a friend of God, He calls me friend," their is nothing I can not get through. Karyn, that is one of my favorite songs too..Isreal and New Breed have a wonderful version...I have it downloaded on my ipod and it will be going to Mexico with me.....The word of God tells us who believe that Nothing is impossible with God..It also comforts us by telling us that Nothing can seperate us from His love...it says the He is our strength and most exciting..He is with us until the end of the earth...WOW, when you love Jesus, nothing else matters.  Yes we get caught us sometimes but at the end of the day to place our burdens on Him and know that He will fight our battles is an awesome thing...May God continue to bless Trish and may the Holy Spirit continue to comfort her...

It still amazes me how God uses His people to comfort His people. He knew the right words that needed to be said to me and you said them. Thanks Chana. Wow when you love Jesus nothing else matters. Wow that hit me today and I so needed that. Thanks again you will surely be blessed.
