Absolutely! If each of us could just get all of that down in our spirit, it would revolutionize our life, in every way. I counted 27 "I" statements and scripture references. I think it would be great if we would decide to read and meditate on one per day for 27 days. Anyone want to do that?

I think that is an awesome idea.  The verse and the I statement.  The Truth sets us free, and these statements are Truth.

Awesome! Even if it's just "me and thee," Trish, tomorrow let's commit to looking at and thinking about the first one, "I am God's child," along with the verse in John (or was it I John)? Anyway, I'll look tomorrow, for sure. :)
Maybe some time during the 24 hours we can post what that means to each of us or whatever the Lord shows us through the scripture. If nothing else, we can at least post that we looked at it and thought about it during the day. :)

It's John 1:12.  This is going to be exciting.  I may not be able to post a lot once I get to Michigan.  Depends on my daughter's computer.  She is pregnant and due just about any day.  Her due date is the 4th, but she has been measuring 40 weeks for a week now.  Big baby.  Please pray for her and the baby in the next week.

I understand, Trish. Post if/when you can. Prayers are going up for your daughter and new grandbaby. I'm sure she's happy that Mom will be around to help. Your granddaughter is the cutest thing! :)

Thanks Mary,
I am thrilled to be able to minister to her by cooking and cleaning and caring for the babies while she rests and recuperates.  I plan to do a lot of cooking and filling her freezer with meals too.

I am tickled by my granddaughter, and can't wait to meet her brother.
