Good Monday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  Today is going to be an awesome day!  Can't cha just feel it in your bones?  The start of a new day AND a new week.  So what the weekend is gone!  You have another week to look forward to life and to this day!

Our challenge today is to hold your chin up.  Why look down all the time.  Why hold your head down?  It gives you the appearance of low self esteem.  It gives the appearance of you, looking down on yourself!  You are worth more than a down chin.  Get your head up.  Hold that head up high and know that you were created for a reason and a purpose.  You are a great person.  Never think lowly of yourself.  There is no one better than you, but also, you are no better than anyone.  When we had weight issues/or do have, we would hold our head down.  I know!  I was there.  I was insecure.  I thought less of myself.  WHY!?  Why do we do that?  Get over the low self esteem!  I encourage you today to NOT let your chin go down one time for one reason.  I know I am not talking to everyone, but those of us who do, lets not let our chin hit our chest.  We are important and we are somebody!  God don't make no junk!  We are created in HIS image.  If so, we have no reason to walk around with our heads down.  We can hold our head up knowing we are a chosen person!

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sippin' on?  I'm enjoying some awesome Macadamia Nut coffee.  The bag is almost empty.   I think it has become my "Flavor of the month".  HA HA PAPA and Mimi!

Y'all have a wonderful Monday and know you are SOMEBODY!
For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"

Randall,
This reminds me of the list of statements I learned from Neil Anderson's books.  My pastor actually gave each member of our congregation bookmarks with the statements on them.  They are basically truths from God's Word of 'Who I am in Christ?"

I will dig them up and post them.

Thanks for the reminder.

Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
