Wednesday Coffee Talk

Good mornin' America how are you?  It's a great day to be alive.  The sun is coming up and I am feeling good.  How bout you!?  Aren't you SO GLAD to be seeing the sunrise today? 

Our challenge today goes with Monday and Tuesday's theme that fits our topic this week about our Weight Loss.  That challenge is to get in your water.  We've gotten our focus to stay on track, to watch what we eat, and today, it is to GET IN PLENTY OF WATER!!  Get in at least 64 ounces of water today.  I have been faithful this week that after my coffee in the a.m., I have moved on to get in my water.  Yesterday, I think I got in way more than 64 oz.  Water is so important to us.  Water is the KEY to weight loss.  Remember the rule....water load before meals.  30 minutes before you eat, drink as much water as you can w/o gulping.  When you sit down to eat, you will find that you are full quicker and LONGER!  I challenge you today to join me.  I know you can do this.  I have faith IN YOU!!

So, who's up today?  What cha sippin' on?  I'm enjoying my awesome Folgers Chocolate Coffee this morning.  It sure is good too!  Only thing missing is YOU!
