Memorial Day Coffee Anyone?
Good Memorial Day everyone. I hope you have had a good nights sleep and you are enjoying your day off/or working.
Our challenge today is to remember our Veterans. I salute all of you that have served or ARE serving our great Nation. We have lost much in the past, but because of you, we have GAINED MUCH also. You give of your time, effort, hard work, emotions, and your will to serve me and I salute you. To all those who have lost family members due to serving, may God bless you and keep you. To those with members serving active or not, salute them today and please know they are in my prayers. I SALUTE ALL SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN!!
So, who's up? Who slept in? LOL What cha sippin' on? I'm enjoying some Boca Java Boca Mocha this morning while Lucy, Torey, and Allison sleep in. I've been up since 4:20 and have completed 2 class assignments this a.m. Thought about taking the Summer Semester off but I didn't. The coffee sure has helped with the class work.

I have been AWOL from this forum for a while, only stopping in to give updates. Today, I have the day off, so I am goofing off on the 'puter more than usual.
I was an Army wife, and know well the life of the military. I praise God that I have never experienced the loss of a military loved one. I do take pride in possessing the flag from my younger brother's casket, as he was a veteran of the Navy when he passed.
I did not sleep much last night, so I am going to take a nap later.
