Well good morning everyone!  It's hump day!  All down hill from now till the weekend.  Today is going to be the best day of our lives.  I just know it!

Our challenge for today is to watch our words.  Words can hurt.  Words can destroy.  Words can cause us to lose valuable things, like those we love.  Words can cause us to lose our integrity.  Don't let hurtful or destructive words come out of your mouth.  Words are like squeezing the toothpaste out of the tube and then trying to put the toothpaste back in.  They are impossible to take back.  Once they are said, that is it.  they are out there.  Only say words that build up one another.  Words that encourage each other.  Words that show love.  Not only will you build up others, but you will build up yourself and your character.  Say some kind words today and see what happens.  You'll feel good about yourself.

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm in enjoying some awesome Folgers in my cup.  Sure is good.  Wanna join me?

Y'all have an awesome Wednesday and know you are LOVED!

Hi, I am almost 3 1/2 yrs post lap RNY. I ate NOTHING wrong for over 2 years.... In the last 5 months I have now gained 30 lbs.... never thought I would let this happen.... 13 was 20, then 30. At 5 ' 3" it is up 2 sizes, and barely fitting those!!!  I am scared and need prayer to get back on track. I also have ALLOT of stress in my life, but have had since 2004, "handled" it ok and didn't let it affect my eating for a very long time, but then I started sliding down a slippery slope.  Fortunately, I am rarely hungry, so it is mostly a matter of doing what I need to do, and really turning my issues over to the Lord.

I have 2 joint replacement surgeries I need... first will be shoulder June 1... hoping to hold off the knee until the fall.

Looking for prayer and accountability partners.... any ideas?

Hey there Coffee.  Love that name.  I'll be your partner if you'll be mine!  LOL  I've gained 20 pounds in the last 3 months and it is ALL because of stress.  We moved to a new area and thought my wife would find a job with no trouble.  WRONG!  RNs usually can walk in a hospital and get hired.  Not.  She starts as a Nurse Manager this Monday, but the 3 monts of just sitting around waiting and eating/grazing all because of stress piled up.  Now, I am recognizing what is going on and back on track.  Also, there is the Bama Board.  We hold each other acountable with a thread "what cha eating today".  Here is the link  http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/al .  Join us over there.  We love everyone and on't mind a huge family.

God bless and I will be praying for you!

PS.  Found out yesterday that I have severe nerve damage in my hip (already have in both legs and I may have to have a hip replacement.  I'm only 42.  God is a healing God.  He can heal BOTH OF US and also our emotions!
