Good Wednesday Morning my OH Family!  Time to rise and shine!  Gotta get up and get going to face another WONDERFUL day!  I can feel it in the air.  Can't you?

Our challenge for today is to have a you day.  Do something good for yourself.  Join a gym.  Buy yourself a treat.  Enjoy something JUST FOR YOU!  We are always focusing on our families and jobs or on others.  Today, let it be about you.  Even if you are at work, you can do something for you!

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sippin' on?  Me?  I'm sippin' out of my NEW OH MUG and LOVING me some awesome Chocolate Hazelnut by Boca Java from my Secret Pal.  The stuff sure is good!!  Want a cup?  THANK YOU OH for my NEW MUG!!  It is sharp!  Love the design!

Y'all have a great YOU day!!

Good morning to you!

Today, I am going to my 1st post-op support group meeting!  I got my surgery through Tricare and the nearest Military Treatment Facility with a bariatric program was Ft. Bragg.  I live in Goldsboro, NC and I have to travel 86 miles, each way, to get to my program (my surgeon, nurse, NUT, support group is all at Ft. Bragg.)  The drive gets so tedious, but I decided before surgery that if God made away for me to do this, then I would go where ever, whenever.  This is what I am doing for me today.  Taking one more step to ensure this will be a success.

I want to serve God to the best of my ability and I can do so much more with a healthy mind and body!

Right now, I'm enjoying a K-Cup of Coffee People's French Roast Decaf.  Tastes very good!  I am a former 10 fully-leaded cups a day and it was process coming down from all that caffine.  But I did it, first by going to half-caff for a week or two...and then eased into the decaf.  And then I just started cutting back.  I have one cup in the morning and occassionally another one in the afternoon.  If you had asked me 4 months ago to limit myself to one cup of coffee in the morning, I would've laughed.  I'm amazed at finding out that I can live without excess.  It's good!  Leaves more room for the good things that God has in store for me the further down the road I get on this journey with Him!

Take care!

It was cold here again this morning - so it made my coffee exceptionally good. A large 7-11 regular with steamed milk, splenda & s.f. french vanilla creamer. Um Um Good!!

Odd how we're thinking alike these days - I had just finished ordering myself a Wii online when I decided to come into my OH forums. I'll share it every other weekend with my Boyfriend's kids - but it's mine, all mine. It'll be here next week which is perfect timing because the kids will be with us too.

Hope everyone else has a great day!!!! Enjoyed the coffee.

Hi, Randall.
It's a beautiful day here in Kansas, sunny and getting warmer. Spring is in the air! I'm not a coffee drinker, but I enjoy reading "Coffee Talk." :)  The thing I'm going to do for myself today is to eat my lunch outside, on the porch swing, enjoying the sunshine and The Sonshine. :)
Have a blessed day. Love to you and your sweet Lucy.
