Yea! Christian Forum!!!

I am pretty new to these boards and haven't had a chance to look around a lot.  I was so happy when on the main board, in someone's post, I saw a link to the Christian forum.  I've long ago learned the value of surrounding myself with my Christian brothers and sisters, all the time, but especially when I am traveling a difficult path.  This experience is certainly no different.  My church family has been awesome and very supportive...but it's nice to see that I have fellow Christians that have and are actually going through it!!!

I can tell you I have been so blessed with this forum. I am not on that much but appreciate the daily devotions and coffee talk. The best part are the ongoing prayers. You can never have too many people praying for you.  You will be blessed and I am praying for your speedy recovery and blessed weight loss.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.  I just love my Jesus so much...I wouldn't dream of doing this without Him.  A part from Him, everything I do is a failure...but I can do all things through Christ.

I had my surgery, a little over two years ago, and find this board, my state board and the mental health board are my favorites.
