Praise for Smooth Surgery Experience
God is so awesome. My surgery experience could not have been better if I had planned it myself. I got home from my sinus surgery around 1:00 this afternoon, and am having minimal pain, Thank God. The nurses and doctors at St. Mary's outpatient surgery center are fantastic. I felt like I was at Barix. Everyone treated me wonderfully, and my experience could not have gone more smoothly.
I am praising God for the little things. One example is that I had to go in 2 hours early to get a shot of an anticoagulant. They let me leave the surgery center to take my friend who was driving me to the coffee shop so she could get breakfast. When we got back to the surgery center, my wait was only about 15 minutes. Another blessing is my surgeon uses his laptop to e-mail/fax my prescriptions straight to the pharmacy, so I would not have to wait. It is so neat to see God in the little details.
Just wanted to check in and let you all know how I made out today.
