Hi all,

I have been busy the past couple of weeks and have not checked in, so to bring you up to date. I have finished all my pre-ops as far as I know.  And so far everything is GO! for surgery!!  And all my paperwork is in to the surgeon's office. So hopefully next week will get a call to set up my consult. then get everything else done that they need.
Plus yesterday when I weighed, I was at the weight that my surgeon wanted me back to before he would do surgery 3 yrs ago.  So now I want to get below that weight before I go see him.  I'm just setting small goals at a time.

I enjoy reading everyones post and the daily devotionals that Marylaw does.  She does a great job on them.  And I have missed reading them the last several days so now I need to catch up with everyone.

God Bless

It always feels good to have all your ducks in a row, sounds like you're getting very close to the big day! God bless and keep us informed so we can say extra prayers for your surgery.

I know you are relieved to have everything done on your side.  Time will now seem to creep until you hear from the doc's office.   (I remember it well..lol) Keep yourself in top-notch surgical condition and don't relax now..you're almost there!  God has been good!

Congratulations, my friend. God is so faithful, and He will help you to continue to move forward in this process. Keep us posted, letting us know when you get that surgery date.
Blessings,

Congratulations Sudsie and I know you are excited about the progress.  I firmly believe that God allows things to progress for good!  I know personally, that I prayed for closed doors if my quest was self-motivated.  Miracles took place.  I celebrate 5+ years since my WLS.  God is so faithful!

See God's track record in your journey,

decide that you will trust Him.

Congratulations.  It is a great accomplishment, and just goes to show that perseverance pays off.

Keep up the great work, and give God the glory.

Hugs,
Trish
