Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone. Boy, I know it is colder in other places, but it is COLD here in LA (Lower Alabama). It is going to be even colder tonight at 14. BRRRR Good sleeping under the blankets weather. LOL Bad on the heating bills though. How'd you sleep? I slept good!
Our challenge today is to get moving. What do I mean? EXERCISE! We have to move to lose. Sure we can just sit around an lose because we have had gastric bypass, but if we want tone, we have to move, if we hit a stall, we have to move. If we want to look good and be healthier, we need to get moving. I NEED TO GET MOVING! How bout joining me?
