A little anxiety

I am having my gallbladder removed Friday.  My DH just learned this weekend that he has to go to Washington DC for the inauguration to help with security and is suppose to leave FRIDAY!  He told them I was scheduled for surgery but you know how the Army can be.  He still hasn't been told anything definitive.  Please pray for us that God will work it out with his perfect will.  If he has to go, my mom will work all night in North Carolina then drive with my step-dad to Columbia to drive me home from the hospital, which is another 2 hour drive.

God has a plan, and it will be good for all concerned. Give this to Him, so He can work it out for you. Okay? I know it's so easy to be anxious, but God says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Prayers are up for you that you will have support available for your surgery day. God created the world so this is a piece o' cake for him, no sugar cake of course!It'll all work out so relax and wait for His work. God bless!

Thank you ladies!  God is working it out already.  The Army released my DH until Saturday at least so he'll be with me for the surgery.  Also, the Auto Tech guy at work fixed my leaky tire (had a screw in it) so it won't lose air in the 10 degree weather we are getting Friday morning!  (This is South Carolina..it's not suppose to be 10 degrees!!! )  And, hopefully, after surgery, I won't have to take so much Miralax!!  Thank you, Lord!
