Wednesday Coffee Talk
Good Wednesday morning everyone. It is great to be here this morning and great to be alive. I have been up since 2:30 a.m. I fell asleep pretty early and woke up. Couldn't go back to sleep so I have been up reading. Hope you slept good.
Our challenge today is to eat right. We know how we are to eat. We've gone through consultations, read on THIS board and on other forums, and we know how and what to eat. If you catch yourself putting something in your mouth that you shouldn't, realize what you are doing. One small bite might lead to a larger serving or wanting more of something you shouldn't eat. Been there, done that. We all have. Let's not fall back into our old habits. Lets eat like we are suppose to. Are you with me today? Everyday! RIGHT!? We can do this!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm loving me some Blueberry Muffin coffee this morning and it is sooooo good. You gotta try this stuff.

I am eatting right today... things got a slippery after Christmas... I am back to work this week... I had almost 2 weeks off during Christmas.
My goals for this month are... drinking 64 to 96 oz of water/liquid and 75 grams of protein every day... so far so good...
