Friday Coffee Talk

Good Friday morning everyone.  Hope you slept good.  I've been up since 2:30 a.m.  I have cooked breakfast for Lucy and my Mom and have also done laundry.  I've cleaned the stove eyes too. HAHA!  As soon as Lucy goes to work, I am laying back down and trying catch a nap.  I am going shopping with my momma in a little bit but not your usual Black Friday shopping.  I'm going with her to pick herself out a car.  She needs one and it is time to go get her one.  She is excited.

Our challenge for today is to do something for you.  Most of you are out and about shopping so this one will be easy.  You cooked hard for your families yesterday and you had to clean on top of that, so today is a "You Day"!  Treat yourself to something good!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Lucy, Momma and I are enjoying some  wonderful Peppermint Mocha Coffee.  Sure is good too!

I'm off to bed for a couple of hours.  Be blessed and know you are thought of and loved!

Good Morning Randall,
I am up, barely, after having gotten up earlier and gone back to sleep.  I feel like a freight train hit me and I am just wiped out.

Today, I am doing for me.  I have an appointment with my therapist and I enjoy the ride there, as it is very scenic.  I am also going to do some tidying and craft work.  I am making an alphabet train for my granddaughter with her name.  It is wooden and each car has magnets on the front and back so it can connect.

I am currently sipping a protein shake.  I have been sloppy with my food lately, so I am trying to get back on track today.

I hope you have a terrific weekend.

Hugs,
Trish
