Hanging in there
I really appreciate all your prayers concerning my current health issues. I have been reading up on both Lyme Disease and Lupus, and have many of the symptoms of both, so I am curious to learn my bloodwork results. I hope I learn soon, as the pain has just been all over my body and I am very concerned about taking the Ibuprofen for an extended period of time, as that PLUS the Tylenol are what I have to take to cut the pain.
I have to trust the Lord for all of this.
The good news is, I attended church this morning for the first time in ages, and was so blessed by the message and some sweet fellowship afterward.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.

I'm keeping you in prayer Trish, pain is so draining it just sucks the life out of you and certainly tests your faith. At least it did for me when I had a bad hip several years back and of course the surgeons all said oh you're too fat to operate on, go lose a bunch of weight and come back. Well at over 300 lbs. with a bum hip there wasn't much I could do, tried the water aerobics but even that was excrutiating and didn't last long. I finally just resigned myself to the pain and seriously hoped to just not wake up some morning. Fortunately my doc sent me to a rheumatologist for fibromyalgia diagnosis and he was horrified at how crippled and how much pain I was in and sent me up the street for a hip Xray and before I even got home he had called me and my doc and said get me in for immidiate hip evaluation. My doc put me on a fentenyl patch until I could get surgery and sent me to a sports surgeon who works on the big atheletes and tada a month later I had a new hip joint. That surgeon said I had literally ground my femur up into my hip socket so bad that he had trouble seating the socket! So anyway my long tale is to say I know what pain is and pray yours can be alleviated!!!
