New member- just scheduled my surgery!

Hi all,
I am very new here.  Just got my date scheduled today and i am so excited.  This has all happened so fast.  God is definitely opening doors that I did not expect to open so soon, so I am walking through them! 

In 2 1/2 months i will be taking the big plunge!

Thanks everyone for all of the well wishes.  i just ask for prayers for God's hand on my surgeon and staff.  I am so ready and excited to begin this new chapter.  God has blessed my life immensely over the last three years since Katrina, and this is the one thing holding me back from being my best.  it will be so good to get this hurdle behind me.

My husband and kids are also very excited for me.  The only things I am nervous about are the anesthesia, I never like going under, and the drain tube.....yucky!

Welcome!!  This forum is THE BEST!  The people here are so supportive and they love God.

You are blessed that He is opening doors so quickly for you.  The anesthesia and drain tubes are just a blip on the screen.  They will be in the past in no time.
