I tend to ignore Christian rhetoric concerning the elections.  I vote my party, and I do so because of my convictions concerning social welfare and education issues, in that I am an urban public school teacher and a part time social worker.

That said, I will advise you that I am a bleeding heart, liberal Democrat who loves the Lord and finds this post rather offensive.  This is a weight loss surgery support website, not a political blog.  I come here to be edified, and uplifted, not to have my intelligence insulted, or my spirituality questioned.

In His Grip,
Trish
Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.

I'm a staunch Republican but I very much agree with Trish, ( love ya anyway girl)this isn't appropriate for here. We have no way of knowing any of this is true and there is too much political bashing going on anyway. So like Trish said I've made my decision and already voted so it'll make no difference to my vote, I prefer facts.
