Please Pray for my approval
I'm from Canada and have my approval from OHIP. But my problem is that my Psychiatrist wrote a pretty damaging letter with all my diagnoses and then at the end said I'm suitable for surgery. But I'm afraid that what she wrote about me negatively has damaged my chances. My Dr. (Dr Pop) still hasn't signed off my chart and wants to speak to me. I've tried to leave it with Jesus, but I'm scared and can't stop worrying. Please pray for me and my approval. I really need this surgery.

This is my prayer for you: "Heavenly Father, I come to You to intercede for my OH Friend. Lord, You know the situation. You know how much this dear lady wants and needs WLS. You know that her psychiatrist wrote a letter that may give her surgeon pause. Father, I ask for Your will. If there are things that need to be worked out, I ask that You make those things clear. If there are issues that need to be addressed, I ask that You would help this dear lady address them. I ask that You would send others to help her do whatever it will take to get herself prepared for surgery, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Father, if there is a delay, may it be only because You will it so, and with the delay, I pray that there will be a hope expressed that the surgery WILL happen, in Your perfect timing. May this dear lady place her trust in You and in the plan that You have for her life. Give her Your special, warm peace. May she know deep within her heart that You are on the throne of her life, and everything is going to be all right. I pray all of this in the Name of Your Son, Jesus, who said, 'Come unto Me, all you who are heavy laden and I will give you rest.' Amen."

I too have prayed that God will help this to happen for you, if it is His will. His timing isn't neccesarily our timing and there may be other things that only He knows that need to happen. You can always count on Him wanting the best for us and giving us His very best as well as His very best timing.
