Good Tuesday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine.  It's going to be a wonderful day.  Hope you slept as good as I did.  I slept so peacful.  Nothing like a good nights sleep.

Our challenge for today is to not worry.  Now talk about a real challenge.  But seriously, why worry?  What good does it do?  Worrying makes you sick.  It causes high blood pressure, ulcers, heart attacks/problems, anxiety, depression, and so many other different things.  All you have to do is put your cares in the hands of the Lord.  HE said to cast ALL your cares on Him for He cares for you.  If He cares for the birds of the air and provides for them, don't you think He will provide for you?  You are more valuable to Him than the birds.  Most of the time the things we worry about really aren't as big as we are making them out to be anyway.  So today, cast all your cares on Him.  Don't worry, be happy!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Boca Mocha Java.  Sure is good too.  2 mornings in a row for this one.  Its a keeper! HEHEHE!

Ya'll have a wonderful and worry free Tuesday!  BE BLESSED!

Good Morning Randall,
It is a crisp, cool morning here.  I am taking a personal day from work due to being overwhelmed by things.  I am trying not to worry, and it is a challenge.  Meditation on the Psalms helps me not to worry as much, especially Psalm 139.  I also meditate on Jeremiah 29:11.  That verse got me through a very difficult divorce.

I am sipping my iced tea, and waiting to get my half caf Maxwell House.  I am trying to cut back on my caffeine a bit because of dehydration.  I am not getting enough water in.

I hope you have a blessed day.

Hugs,
Trish
