Prayer Request

I would appreciate prayer this week for my health. I have been wrestling with a sinus allergy problem that has had me sick off and on since July. It has escalated to an infection that is the worst I have had in a while. To top it off, I have an infection in my gums now, and a lot of pain chewing. I feel like this pitiful body is just falling apart. Please pray the antibiotics work, and I get some relief.

Bless your heart, Trish. I will certainly be praying for special, quick healing for you. Sinus allergies are annoying! I've heard that regular use of a neti pot (to wash each nostril/sinus cavity with water/saline solution) is quite helpful in avoiding problems. It might be worth a Google search, to read about it and see where you can purchase one. I first learned about this from Dr. Oz, surgeon and author of You On A Diet and other books.

Thanks, Mary. I do irrigate the sinuses already. I use something called NeilMed, which is a bottle with a special cap on it. I have been using it religiously since July. Ugh.

Prayers up Trish, that is so miserable! I used to suffer horrendous allergies until I finally got a series of shots for a year and they are sooo much better. Praying that you'll soon feel better!
