Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good Tuesday morning everyone! WOW! What a great nights sleep will do for ya. I slept like a rock, for 4 hours. HAHAHAHA Lucy and I talked a lot last night. TOO much and TOO long. Don't regret a second of it though. I hope you slept good too.
Our challenge today is to get in ALL of your water. No matter how you get it in, DRINK YOUR WATER! Water is one of the MAIN and VITAL keys to weight loss. Remember to water load 30 minutes before your meals and don't drink for 30 minutes after. I am VERY guilty of not doing either. I'm getting back in the habit though. Are ya with me? Let's get our water in and see what happens!
