Good Morning and PRAISE THE LORD!

I pray that today YOU will be Blessed.

I am ready to go and worship this morning.

The Lord has been so good to me and I Just can't give him enough PRAISE!

There's a song I Love to sing...goes like this
~Ain't God good...to give us so many blessings,
        undeserving that's what we are..........
We ought to thank him, love and praise him
a little more today and a whole lot more
                  tomorrow.~

Blessings,

Lisa

Thanks, Lisa.
Here's one of my favorite older songs, Praise the Lord, sung by Russ Taff. Enjoy.

Oh Mary,
I have tears in my eyes from that video.  I was a baby Christian when I first heard that song, and it had such a profound effect on me then, and even now.  When I have struggled with depression and fear, I have used praise songs to chase away the enemy, just as the song says to.

Thanks for posting that link.

Hugs,
Trish

I'm happy you were blessed by it, Trish. As I'm sure you know, I try to include a video song link with the daily devotion (Mon.-Fri.), as I know many are touched by godly music. I, too, have suffered from depression, in the past, and I've learned how important it is to praise God, even when (especially when) I don't feel like it. The Word says that "God inhabits the praises of His people," so if I want Him on the scene, that's the best way.
Keep praising,
Mary

Good Morning Lisa,
Well, it is really afternoon where I am, but oh well.  I just returned from church and have been so blessed by my pastor's sermon today.  The message was on the communion service and the Lord's broken body and poured out blood that we so often take for granted as we go through the motions of the communion service.

I pray that you are blessed today.

Hugs,
Trish

Hi Trish

I'm a DAY late.......but......I went to services and then I had to do some hospital visitation after church and I didn't leave the hospital until after 4:00 got home in time to "wolf" down a bite and then ZOOM back to church for the evening services, then after I got home it was Laundry and off to bed...busy yesterday!

So proud you had such a wonderful message yesterday.  Communion is indeed not only sacred but a VERY serious service.

Be Blessed!
