Please pray for my son

I would appreciate prayer for my son, Sean.  He is 25, and has to drop out of college because of a lack of financing.  He is very upset about it, and I am concerned because of his history.  He had a serious drug problem years ago, and his walk with the Lord is non-existant.  I am concerned about his emotional state at this time, and would appreciate your prayers for him.

Thanks,
Trish

That's a shame Trish, I assume he's checked with the financial aid office about loans and grants. Can he take a partial class load and still work? Anyway will pray that he handles this disappointment in an acceptable way and not resort to drugs as we all know that won't help. I'll pray God turns this stumbling block into a stepping stone for him. God bless. Karen

Thanks Karen,
I discussed going part time and working with him, but he is not sure about financial aid in that scenario.  He is in touch with financial aid.  The problem is he did not arrange to have his student loans co-signed in time for the semester to start, and it turns out his father will not co-sign, and I can't.

I appreciate the prayers.

Hugs,
Trish
