Monday Coffee Talk
Good Monday morning everyone. Time to rise and shine. It is going to be a wonderful day. How'd you sleep? I slept so good.
I'm on my way today to get my sweetheart and move her to Alabama. So many emotions go through both of our minds. Her moving away from family, job, friends to a town/place she knows nothing about. Torey, Allison, and I making adjustments for another to come into our lives and home. We wouldn't want or have it any other way. I am so honored that she would marry me. 12 more days and she will be my wife. WOW!
All of us are given emotions. God given emotions. Our challenge today is to learn how to deal with and use those emotions properly. You control your emotions, they don't control you!
So, what cha sipping on this morning? Me? I'll stop somewhere and get some coffee. Store coffee will be good as I drive the truck north to get my bride! HEHEHEHE

How exciting for you as you and your kids begin a new life with your new bride. I will pray for you and the kids at this time, as well as for Lucy.
One of the things I am learning is how my emotions play into my eating behaviors. A great book that is helping me is "The Beck Diet Solution." It is great at helping me identify the negative thinking that my emotions trigger in my mind where food is concerned.
My favorite store coffee is McDonalds and second is Burger King. I like them better than Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

I do so feel your excitement!! We are heavily involved with our youngest daughter's wedding on November 1st and honestly, at times, I am so stressed with the depth of preparation.
