***Friday Prayer and Gratitude***
Good Morning Everyone,
Today I continue to pray for my son-in-law as he has physical therapy several times a week for his finger. He still needs a third surgery on it, but not sure when. I also pray for my daughter as she works and chauffers him around because he is unable to drive due to dizziness, which is one of the side effects of the really strong antibiotic he is on. Finally, I need to pray for my son, Sean, as he grapples with his financial aid dilemma, and deals with the fallout of bad decisions he made when he was younger.
I am grateful today for the new book I have been reading called "The Beck Diet Solution" by Judith Beck. It is helping me so much with my negative thinking. I am also grateful for my new students, who all seem manageable at this time.
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.

Hi, Trish.
I read the workbook version of the book you mentioned. It's really good. I'm also reading "Life is Hard, Food is Easy. It's excellent, as well, especially if one is an emotional eater.
I continue to pray for your daughter and son-in-law. I will add Sean to the list. This is a time of great learning for him. Encourage him to be a tither, if he isn't already, because he can claim Malachi 3:10, when he prays for God to help him with finances. I wish more people would get hold of the amazing blessing that tithing brings to their life and family.
Thanks for posting. Have a wonderful day.
Blessings,
Mary

Please add my students to your prayer list. We have had a tragic accident in our area which involved teenagers from 2 of our feeder high schools, on both sides of the accident. The students are dealing with grief of loss of friends and family members right on the heels of another student death recently. Please pray for protection and comfort of all these children.

I'm so sorry to hear of this. I will be praying for all involved. In my teaching career, which only lasted 10 1/2 years because I got a late start and then had to retire due to health, I lost 8 of my students. It never got any easier. Each one felt like my own, in many ways.
Sending Love in This Great Sadness,
