Wednesday Coffee Talk
Good Wednesday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! It's hump day and the week is 1/2 way gone. It's all down hill from here. Today is going to be a wonderful day! Can't cha feel it?
Our challenge today is about us. I challenge you to do something for yourself. We do for others and we do for our families, our children, our spouses, but today......we are gonna do for us. Buy yourself something today. Treat yourself. You deserve it. You work hard and rarely ever do for yourself. If you are like me, you put your children first and that is good, but let's treat ourselves today. I DARE YA!
So, who's up this morning? What cha sippiin' on? Me? I'm enjoying some awesome coffee called "Sinful Pleasures" sent to me by Carmen and Mr. John. This coffee is SO good. I can't make out what flavor it is. It's a mixture, but let me tell ya........MAN OH MAN! It is soooooo good! Thank you Carmen and Mr. John!! SO GOOD!
Ya'll have a wonderful "YOU" day! I am praying for you and all the request. Forgive me for not answering or replying to you guys. Seminary Theological School and the wedding has me so busy. I could use your prayers. Thanks and I LOVE YOU ALL!

I am definitely doing a "me" day today. I started a great book, which I recommend to everyone. "The Beck Diet Solution Book" by Judith Beck, Ph.D. It helps to change the thinking and behaviors around our eating. It is awesome.
I am sipping my Folgers French Vanilla, which I love.

My.....it's been awhile. Things are simply happening in a whirlwind these days. You are not going to believe this....but ever since I went to Peru, I lost my desire for coffee, cafe con leche, expresso, Starbucks, etc., etc., ....you name it! I don't quite understand it, either. Anyway, it is good to once again catch the posts of the very important people in my journey! Blessings......
