NEW!! PRAYER CHAIN..ANYBODY INTERESTED?

I am going to start a prayer chain thread..feel free to post your prayers as well as praises, to this thread..the goal is for everyone to pray over this list daily, preferably at the same time every day..let's say high noon. As prayers are answered, they become praises..Get the idea? I for one, KNOW that GOD answers prayer! Feel free to read my journal and you'll understand why... Today I would like to ask for prayer for my hubby who was critically injured in a motorcycle accident in 2006. At the present time, he is fighting with a pressure ulcer and he has a wound vac. Please pray that the wound vac will help this wound heal quickly. We fully depend on GOD and the prayers of HIS people..God Bless you!

Hi Donna, I really like this idea! Today I'm praying for my mother. She's waiting to start chemotherapy. She was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. Please pray for courage and peace throughout this horrible ordeal. I pray my mom's liver is not as bad as originally thought. My mom likes to say, "we may not know the future, but we KNOW WHO holds the future." And, thank God for Donna thinking of this thread.

Hi, Kelley. Just wanted you to know that I'll be praying for your mother, too. God has put it on my heart to pray for healings, especially, so it will be a blessing to me to pray for your mom. Cancer is scary, I know, but it's just a name, and there is a Name that is above every other name! I am on board! Wound vacs work great so you're in good hands. I will pray he sees dramatic reduction and healing in the wound. Please pray for my extended family. My MIL is in the hospital with osteomyelitis from a cat bite and my FIL is having heart surgery next Friday. They have an adult child who pretty much expects them to raise his children and they just aren't up to it right now. Unfortunately, I said something about it and now he is very angry at me. It has me very upset and my spirit is unsettled. I'm heading to my prayer closet!

Hello Fellow Prayers, I just found this board and am so thrilled to have a place of praying people to share my weight loss and other struggles with. I have read all of your prayer requests and have added these needs to my daily prayer. My prayer request is for protection as am scheduled for RNY next Tuesday (8/26). I have felt unsettled these last few days because there are so many unknowns and fears. But yesterday the Lord led me to Psalm 4:8 and it will be my comfort throughout the surgery and recovery. I am so thankful for a loving, mighty protector in my Lord Jesus Christ! Thank you for your prayers. Donna In peace I will lie down and sleep for you alone will keep me safe. Psalm 4:8.

I think the prayer chain is a wonderful idea! Have a daily thread open for prayer requests and we can left one another up in prayer!
