It's Friday, it's Friday, woo hoo it's Friday!! I'm singing and hollering. Anyone want to holler with me? HEHEHEHE Boy! Holler is as country as grits ain't it? Speaking of grits, it's time to rise and shine! Gotta spray them pits and eat them grits!!! Right Dana? HEHEHE Just had to! Our challenge for today is to do something for yourself! Every now and then, I like to have a YOU day. Today, do something JUST FOR YOU!! Treat yourself to something you rarely get. Buy yourself something you've been wanting (within reason). HA! You work hard. You give of yourself. You look after your family. YOU DESERVE A YOU DAY! Go treat yourself today!! What will I do for me? Gonna take me some thinking, but I'm sure I will do something!! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm LOVING me some Chocolate Covered Cherry coffee from Fresh Market. This stuff is just soooo good! Gotta love it! Ya'll have a wonderful, blessed and FUN YOU DAY!! Randall

I'm so blessed at this stage in my life kids grown and a DH that will even cook his own dinner if I'm not in the mood. So for me almost every day is a me day! Guess this is the reward for all those years I did for everybody else and I very much appreciate it. I'm sure that having the freedom to to put myself first will help with my weight loss journey, one day at a time.

I thought a holler was where you catch crawdads in the crick???LOL I really had 2 springs with them on my mom's farm in the holler, but with 9 kids in my family we did a lot of hollering too!! At least today is a happy hollering day!! Today was a great day!! My hubby went back to work, still a bit under the weather, but better. I took a long nap and just rested after my housework was done. Soon my 12 year old will be back in school and all of the housework will be mine, but for today I enlisted her help. I drink tea most of the time. Just plain ole ice tea-pretty boring-huh?? Have a great weekend!! Amy
