***Thursday Prayer and Gratitude***

Good Morning Everyone, Today, I am praying for Greg, as his wife went home to the Lord two nights ago. I am also praying about a surgeon's appointment I have to make, that I would prefer be taken care of before I return to school in September. Finally, I need prayer for the bankruptcy proceedings to be started in a few weeks. Gratitude: I am grateful for the Lord's guidance during my date last night. I met a gentleman who did not respect my spiritual beliefs about the Bible, and wanted me to compromise my values for his pleasure. He also did not respect that I do not drink alcohol, and tried to pressure me in that as well. God gave me enough self-respect to end the date, and tell him I can't see him any more. There was a time, I would have compromised myself out of a neediness to have a man in my life. Have a great day. Hugs, Trish

Good for you Trish, you certainly deserve the very best in a gentleman and I guess this one was not. God will send you someone special when you least expect it. Would you believe I didn't get married until I was 35? I had a daughter and was just concentrating on raising her and had pretty much given up on male company. Then boom out of the blue I met hubby and we've been together 23 years now. Whoda thunk it?! Your day will come and you won't have to compromise on anything!
