I'm back in MO from my surgery!! All is Awesome!!

I can't believe how easy this phase has been. Last year was so hard( I did weigh 160lbs more than when I had stage 2), but this year I got out of the hospital in 2 days and was playing frisbee, and going to the zoo after less than a week post op. I know it is God with me because the doctors are even amazed at how quickly I have recovered. I am sorry I was gone so long, but I had to stay in Chicago for 2 weeks until after my 2nd follow-up today(Wed). Anyway, the other good news is that I have lost 11 additional lbs in the 10 days since stage 2 of my surgury so I have lost 170 and have 122 to go. God also showed himself to me in new ways during this trip that I can't even explain. As I read the Psalms, I was just humbled in a way like never before and God gave me new insight on how rich and deep His love is for me. ( I read the Bible through once a year, and this year I am reading it straight through for the first time and I just finished Psalms.) I just am awed at hoe good God is to take this potentially stressful time and just speak to my spirit and love on me. He is so good!! I'll see you all soon-God Bless-Amy
