Monday Coffee Talk
Man OH Man did I ever sleep good! Like a rock! I'm up (contemplating going back to sleep) and I am enjoying some peace and quiet. Minnesota is so beautiful from what I have seen. It's just so relaxing to know I am here and I get to spend a week with my baby, Lucy and her family. We are going to the Mall Of America today and I think we are going to Duluth tomorrow looking at Lighthouses!! They have a fun filled relaxing week for me.
Our challenge for today is to not worry. Easier said than done, I know. What is it though? It's just a problem? What? Randall! How can you say "just" a problem. Well, I have learned that no matter what you are worrying about, it's just there. What can you do? You are you and you are NOT able to fix everything. I use to worry about other people's problems and I couldn't fix it. I was making myself sick. That's all you will do if you worry! What can worrying do? When you worry, you are not yourself. You cause your body to react in ways it isn't suppose to therefore, your mind is bogged, your BP rises, other things happen. Worrying is not worth it. You have to learn to just KNOW it will work out. If it doesn't, then it wasn't meant to be or something esle will take place in the place of that situation that will make it better. Does that make sense? I have worried enough for you and I. LOL Just learn to NOT worry and BE HAPPY! God said to cast ALL your cares on HIM because HE CARES FOR YOU! He cares about your cares. He KNOWS and SEES what you are facing. If he can clothe the lillies of the field and feed the birds of the air, don't you know that HE WILL take care of us? His children? When we grasp this concept and let the Word become life in us, we will learn that Life WILL get better!!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? WOW! Lucy had some Harry & David's Moose Munch Chocolate Peanut Butter Coffee in my apartment for me. Ain't she sweet? AWE! LOL This coffee sure is good! Carmen, you gotta get it! I know how you love H&D's coffee. You too Julie! All of you. HAHAHA!
My flights were good on the way up. The only thing was a couple of turbulent spots on the plane and those moving sidewalks where you lean to the right and TRY not to get run over! I HATE Atlanta's Airport! You could get LOST in there. And to think! I have to go through Ohare in Chicago on the way home. HEHEHEHEHEE This country boy is LOST already! HAHAHAHA
Ya'll have a blessed and wonderful day!
Randall
Good luck at OHare, my grandaughter just came thru there last week and said it was horrible, nobody would help her and she was trying to manage a 1 year old, car seat, stroller plus her luggage. She flew out of Portland Intl. and said everyone there was so nice and helpful, guess the bigger the city the less help. Anyway stay safe you poor country boy!
