Wednesday Coffee Talk
Good Wednesday morning everyone! It's time to rise and shine. A new day is here and what a day it's going to be. Don't cha just feel great today?
Our challenge today is to get physical. We had WLS to lose weight or we are planning to have WLS to get thinner and healthier. Getting thinner isn't all there is to it though. There IS a physical part about it too. If we will get physical and excercise, we will see inches fall off. I did something last night that I haven't done in 10 years. It is a WOW moment for me I guess. I walked 1 1/2 miles! I had to stop a couple of times due to the poor circulation in my legs, but I made it! Afterwards, I felt so good about myself. If we will all get physical and MOVE to LOSE, we will feel better, look better, and eventually see the inches fall off. So let's get physical today! I plan to walk again tomorrow night taking it slow but I sure am excited that I could do it.
What cha sippin' on? I'm enjoying some wonderful Bananas Foster Float Coffee this morning. It sure i****ting the spot!
Ya'll have an awesome physical Wednesday!

How ironic! I just got back from signing up for a 2 week trial at a local gym. I'll probably continue after the trial, just want to make sure my health issues don't hold me back before I sign up. I figure even if I only start out walking on the tread mill that's more than I've done in quite a few years. They tell me it can't hurt me, but I don't know!
Good for you Randall!! I sipping some forbidden stuff(ummm....diet Mt. Dew)...I know..I know...
Anyway, I know how you feel I walked about a mile downhill about a month ago to see a beautiful huge spring in our area. The great part was that I actually walked the mile back UPHILL and survived and was not even very sore the next day!! I love living. God is so Good!!!
I have been walking with my daughter every day for 20 minutes (we just started a few days ago) but today I have been at church at women's prayer and planning a tea for this weekend. Now I am more of a biscuits and gravy type of girl myself, but this is fun too and the fellowship is great!! Anyway-back at it tomorrow. My hubby walked with my 12 year old today, but I will to do it then.
Have a great day-Amy
Wonderful Randall. My youngest daughter that is getting married in November just signed us both up for LA fitness. I haven't had a gym membership in 20 years....all my post WLS exercise was just bike riding and walking, so I am really looking forward to a summer of lifting weights, aerobics, sauna's, etc. Maybe I can take off the added 5 pounds before her wedding......
