Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. Gotta do the pits and grits thing today! HEHHEE Dana wouldn't try grits while in the Bama, but Lucy did and she liked them. WOO HOO! She's realy a southern gal. LOL I hope you all slept good. I sure did.
Our challenge to day is to remember the basics of WLS. If you are at a stall, have gained, or just need to refresh yourself with the "what to do's if", JUST GET BACK TO AND REMEMBER the basics of WLS. Remember PROTEIN, WATER, VITAMINS, AND CALCIUM! When we get back to the basics, things will kick back in and we will be alright. Sometimes, we have to just be reminded to get back on track and STAY THERE! If a train constantly derails, it is spiling out things that can hurt. We are the same way! Let's not hurt our bodies by constantly jumping the train. WE CAN DO THIS!
So, what cha sipping on this morning? ME? I'm enjoying some awesome Vill Vanilla by Boca Java. Ya'll gotta try this stuff! Man oh man is it good!
