Wednesday Coffee Talk

AND IT IS LATE!! Man! I must have been getting some awesome sleep! LOL I slept so soundly. I guess that is what love does for ya huh! HEHEHEHE Actually, last week's Spring Break spoiled me. I'm up now though and ready to get the day going! Our challenge today is to stay connected. To what you may ask. Stay connected with this board! With your OH Friends and SUPPORT! If we don't stay connected with an awesome support group or OH, we tend to lose focus. We tend to not eat right. Not excercise. Not do what we know what to do. Eventually, we will start to get out of the GOOD habits. We start to gain. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Let's stay connected! I see Obesity Help as ONE HUGE FAMILY networking together. Helping each other. So, I dare you to stay connected! What are you sipping on this morning. I wish you were here with me enjoying some of this Harry and David Strawberry Milkshake coffee. Man oh man is this stuff good! Good morning Randall, I start my "spring break" Monday.....I am SO ready even though I will have to spend the time working on my Community Nursing project, writing my Literature Class essay,taking my 2nd Lit exam, doing my 24 clinical volunteer hours....but hey, it's a different environment. Hopefully, I can find a few moments in a couple of those days to get to the beach. I do need to try to get online to the Board more often......I need the support. Have a blessed day.

Hi Randall, This is a great challenge today. I have been disconnected for a week from part of my OH family, and I feel it. I have no drink in front of me at the moment, but that is about to change. I am going to go get a big iced green tea. Hugs, Trish
