Prayers & Thankful For's 9th March 2008

Good am all, Lots of prayer requests on the board today/from the weekend. Let us reach up with our hearts and minds and prayer that the Lord blesses our lives even more. I hope that each and everyone of us can take some time to pray throughout our days/nights and I hope that moving forward we get closer and closer to Him. I know we will. Prayers on my end for my family as we are dealing with some emotional and financial situations. Nothing dire but still struggling as with others around us. Its been the best and worst of times all around but I have faith we will get to a much better place. What are YOU thankful for today? I am thankful for spending time with folks this weekend to take my mind off some personal situations. I am thankful for the chats & get togethers we had so that I might grow & learn with others in this life. I am thankful for my prayers being listened to even if the answer isn't "yes" its not "no" just "not now." I am thankful for the little things that make my life so sweet. Enjoy your Monday all! Kat

Hello Kat, I am just getting on the board this afternoon. Prayers continue to be needed for my family as we continue to rebuild our lives after my brother's death. Also, I am asking for prayer concerning a decision I have to make about a job offer I got that would involve leaving teaching, my dream. I am thankful for the support I have received about my problem at work. I am thankful for the Lord's faithfulness when others betray me. I am thankful that Mom and Sis came to church yesterday and were welcomed warmly. I am thankful I got to work in the nursery yesterday and see the littlle kiddos. God is so good. Hugs, Trish
