Randall's Monday Coffee Talk!

Good Morning everyone, Yes, I am going to do "coffee" talk this morning to help Randall out!! Please keep praying for him!! I know he appreciates it very much and loves all of you!! Soo.....how did everyone sleep?? I slept well and I am ready to start this day off with YOU!! You are all such an awesome group of people and I am so privileged to be able to be apart of this board and to have established some awesome friendships here!! YOU all ROCK!! The challenge for today is to SMILE!! A simple action like this, can change how a person's day goes, it can even change a person's life. It can change your attitude and change how your own day turns out. It can draw people to you, relax and give other's hope. So SMILE!!!! You know it takes more facial muscles and energy to frown than it does to smile! You have worked hard to have this surgery, lose the weight and become a new you!! Now its time to show others how happy you are with the results and with the New you. So SMILE!!! Sooo what are YOU sipping on this morning?? Me?? I will be sipping on a Tall Iced Cinnamon dolce skinny latte! I will be picking this up on the way to work!! I am sure that you are all sipping on some amazing coffees.
