Monday Morning Coffee Talk

Good morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. Gotta get up and get the day started. It's going to be a wonderful Monday! Our challenge today is to take control. Only you can take control of your life. Only you can make the difference. That difference can only come when you are in control. I did the 5 day pouch test this past week. I hadn't really gained, but I was eating a little more than I normally had. I was wondering if I had stretched something or if the pouch was still in tact. Basically, I wanted to know if this REALLY worked. The 5 day pouch test. After 5 days, I am down 7 lbs. and I am full at the drop of a hat. Saiety (spelling) comes quicker. I am not sipping with my meals. I got in all my water and protein. I took back control. Only YOU can take control of YOU. I challenge you. Take control of you and see a difference! Good Morning Randall, Thanks for hitting the nail on the head for me. I just spent the weekend out of control with my food. I am going to hit the 5 day pouch test immediately. I did the pouch test right after the holidays,,and it really worked for me too. No more cravings and Im full after just a few bites.(thumbsup) Im sipping coffee with sugar free French Vanilla creamer,,on my second cup. You are so right about making the decision to take control,,,so often we give in to our cir****tances and desires,,,but when we decide enough is enough, we make the decision to give Him the control, we have taken control from the adversarie's hands! Hi Randall. I actually found a place in Sanibel that could make cafe con leche....it was wonderful!! ..... Especially since Sunday and today were very, very chilly according to South Floridian standards. The high was 55-57 degrees. Brrr! I really thank you for the 5day pouch test sight. I have already made a short cut for my computer and plan to do it this coming week. Although I am still below my surgeon's goal, my closet can't afford for me to gain any weight....plus, I'd like to make sure the pouch is still a viable tool. Oh, DH and I had a wonderful few days in Sanibel. We went to a marvelous church service on Sunday morning at the Sanibel Community Church.
