Thursday coffee talk
Good EARLY Thursday morning everyone. I'm finding myself not able to sleep so I thought I'd get up and post "Coffee Talk"! Can ya tell you guys were on my mind? Like Georgia.....On My Mind. HEHEHEHE Now the song will be on my mind.
Our challenge for today is to ask yourself, "Why do I eat the things I do?" Why do I sneak a cookie? Why do I overeat, again?" Are you binging? Are you gaining? Ask yourself why? After you ask yourself, shake yourself! Let's get a grip on things today. Take back your life if you are eating or drinking things you shouldn't. Let's not gain! Let's be the "LOSERS" we are suppose to be. I can say for once in my life that I AM PROUD TO BE A LOSER! We CAN live this LOSER life! We CAN get to goal! We CAN MAINTAIN our weight!!!! I KNOW WE CAN! What cha say? You on board with me?
So, what cha sipping this a.m.? Me? I'm enjoying 1 cup of 2% milk then it's back to bed. Gonna see if I can sleep. This milk sure is good. What are you enjoying this morning? Coffee? H2O? Crystal Light? Let's hear from ya!

Good Morning Randall,
This is a good topic for me today. The past few days have been a feeding frenzy, and I am not sure why. I do know that I am eating out of boredom and agitation from being home all day. It is not good. As soon as my pouch empties, I nibble some more. I have not eaten sugar, but I have eaten bread and popcorn.
I am sipping my diet iced tea, about to drink my Maxwell House black coffee.
