Good Morning everyone!! I pray you all had sweet dreams and feel energized and ready to start this wonderful day!!! Since we are starting this new year right, today I would like all of you to take a look at your walk with Jesus --- examine your words, actions and the manner in which you are doing them. We need to make sure we are following Christs example, His life and walk!! IN ALL THAT WE DO AND SAY. Is this easy, NOPE!! Am I perfect and doing this all the time, NOOO!!! This is an ongoing process and will be until Jesus returns!! I am human and make mistakes. Thank God for His forgiveness and for loving me no matter what!! But I believe if we try our best, God acknowledges our efforts and it will not go unnoticed by HIm. AND others lives will be touched by this!! ALL glory be to Him!! 1 Peter 4:7-11 reads, "The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen." I encourage all of you to pray today and I will pray for you that you will desire a more intense relationship with God and a closeness with him!! He desires this too!!! Start today and I can assure you that your life will not be the same!!!! What an awesome thing to have while going through the process of WLS both pre-op and post-op!!! I love you all!! Lucy

This really addresses one of my new years resolutions that I think would be good for everyone. I decided that I will not read or forward any e-mail that I would not feel comfortable sending to Jesus himself. I get so many even from Christian friends that are a bit racy or off color and that's not who I want to be. Happy and wonderful new year to all!
