Good morning everyone. Well, this is the last "Coffee Talk" post for the year 2007. I've been doing this for 2 years and I love doing this. How time flies when you are having fun! I appreciate all of you more than you know. Time for a new day, and a new year. Our challenge today is to not make a resolution this year, but to make a promise. A promise that you are going to have WLS. A promise that if you have already had WLS, that you are going to stay on track or get back on track. A promise to YOU. Not a promise to me. We have WLS for health issues. I was thinking about my Mom last night who at age 61 (sorry Momma for telling your age) just had WLS. Not only did she just have WLS, but she has added YEARS to her life. Her health is better than EVER! So is our own health. We've added years to OUR lives. What a reason to WANT to stay on track. To stay focused. So, I challenge you to not gain, or if you have, get back on track and let's stay healthy! What cha say? So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm enjoying a cup of New England's Caramel Apple coffee and it sure is good. I'm bout to head out to the cafe and it will be regular coffee there. Gotta get these folks into the flavored stuff! LOL Ya'll have a great and wonderful Monday! Randall

Good Morning Randall, What a great thing to think about as we head into the new year. I slipped up a bit this year, especially with sugar. I had this surgery to get better, and make life changes. I am committed to that now. I am sipping homebrewed diet iced tea. My coffee maker is set to brew in an hour. I may just turn it on now instead. Have a blessed New Year, and be safe. Hugs, Trish
