Daily Prayers & Thankful For's 17th December 2007

Good am all, Prayers requested for my Gpa who is struggling at the nursing home with not only health issues but falling out of the bed a few times since being there. We find it honestly sad & discouraging that they can do nothing to make sure he doesn't because they do not allow restraints & he's determined. Prayers requested for Patricia as she's having surgery tomorrow to fix her hernia. Prayers requested for my oldest bugga with some health issues. She's ok but its annoying for her. Prayers requested for our friends who have confirmed her hubs is having surgery in the near future to fix infection from a nasty spider bite & she is pregnant and MUCH further along than first thought. What are YOU thankful for today? I am thankful for VA Power getting our lights/heat back on after almost 8 hours without it. I am thankful for me feeling better this am. I am thankful for the Lord & His continued blessings. Have a GREAT Monday! Kat

Thanks, Kat, for mentioning my prayer request. I would also appreciate prayer for my mom as she drives from a snowy area to take care of me. I am thankful for the Lord's provision and grace today. I am also thankful that my area did not get any snow, but a lot of rain instead. I am also thankful that my Eagles beat the Cowboys yesterday. Love and hugs, Trish
