Daily Prayer Requests & Thankful For's 7th December 2007

Good am all, Prayers requested for our friends Holly & Keith - both VA Board friends. Keith has an ulcer which has given him issues once again & was taken to the hospital & surgery has been performed & it appears another may be on the horizon. Prayers for our friends who are waiting on word from the docs regarding her hubs leg & potential surgery from a nasty spider bite happening 2 years ago & acting up again now. Prayers for her this am as she goes for her confirmation of pregnancy with their 3rd child & is happy & kinda of shocked still. Prayers for another friend who waits for word regarding his sons variance to another school. We have worked hard to make this happen & we're hopeful it will be approved. Prayers for family & friends traveling into and out of town beginning this weekend for the holidays. Safe travels please. What are YOU thankful for today? I am thankful for being loved & supported & encouraged by family & friends & complete strangers who I am told I've touched their lives in ways I couldn't have known but they appreciate me. I am thankful understanding in my life as I've been quite cranky this week & others have taken it in stride & made me laugh about so much. I am thankful for becoming a more mature determined gal in the face of continued negativity from some in my life. I am thankful for knowing a loving & compassionate God & for all the blessings in my life He sends EVERY day. Have a GREAT Friday & WONDERFUL weekend! Kat
