Daily Prayer Requests 14th November 2007

Good am all, Prayers requested for our friend Lisa who spent some time in the hospital recently for an ulcer undiagnosed but finally was her own best advocate and made them figure it out. Kudos to her for sure! Prayers requested for our friend Rob. He's struggling with some very tough decisions. He's down and is basically surviving off the last bit of funds he has, doesn't like asking for help and the jobs in which he's applied for he's told he's overqualified for and that tough for him to take. He's considering going back into the service and just staying there. No family, not a lot of friends. So, prays for him to seek God and find his way. Prayers requested for those who are bringing themselves closer to God. Its not easy to put you first sometimes Lord until we realize there is NO other choice. Prayers for what ever struggles everyone is facing. Lord we ask you to look down on us and help us walk and talk in your ways. We know that you died for us so that we might be afforded choices and chances to get things right. We will falter Lord this you and we know but that we fight the good fight and do all things in you as best we can is what you ask of us. Thank you Lord for listening to our prayers. Please pray for my son and his girlfriend. Jen, the girlfriend, lost her grandmother this week. Her family does not know the Lord. My son is in college and is concerned about Jen and his studies. Please pray for all involved as they grieve the loss of this grandmother, and for my son to be able to be there for Jen. He and Jen live together. Thanks, Trish
