Hello Everyone!!!!!

Its been quite some time that I have posted here. Just thought that I would stop by today and see how everyone is doing. I am doing just fine and progressing on in this weight loss journey. To date, I have lost a total of 50 lbs.!!!!!! I praise God for that, well, I just wanted to check in and I will make an effort to be more visible. It is so good to see that most of you are still here and giving God praise for all he has done, and continues to do. Talk to yall soon!

So good to see your face again! I finally got my band last month and even tho I should be gaining because of no restriction I've lost 10 lbs. in the last 3 weeks and still not hungry. I just praise Lord for all the support and friends we can share here!
