Daily Prayer Requests 25th October 2007

Good am all, Prayers going out today for one of my best connections son. He's 16 and struggling with peer pressure and we are trying to arm him with knowledge and assist in any way we can. We hope God (and us) can open his eyes and show him what he's got going for him and that his future is filled with so much. Also, for my buggas both of which who are still dealing with asthma related issues. THANKFULLY God sent us some much needed rain which means it will "wash away" the dryness and such. For my mom who is waiting to hear more about this job in which she's accepted. Things are slow going but God has the plan/answers. Funny enough she's applied for a couple other positions and got a call from one last pm keeping in mind she has not yet started this other job. Hmmmmm! For Ann who's aunt is not fairing well and may be making her way home to the Lord. Keep her and her family in our prayers please. For Shannon who had appts to discuss her journey with her health. I hope wonderful things came from it. For all of you....happy or not so much...you are in my thoughts and prayers... All best & have a wonderful Thursday! Kat

Please keep my mom is your prayers. Thankfully she got a good report yesterday. Her platelet counts have finally started coming up. They were up 5 points in just one week. Her eye doctor said that her eye looks the best it has since all the problems began but he thinks that blood mixed with the oil they placed in her eye and it is cloudy now. He did say that it should clear, so just pray that it does clear and that maybe momma will start seeing a little better out of her right eye. She has completely lost her sight in her left eye. Continue to pray for our housing situation and God places us where he wants us. As well as our financial situation, that we learn to live within our means and not get on that old path of credit cards again!! Thanks everyone!! Love, Shel
